Payment and Welcome Policy
- To provide you with an uninterrupted and peaceful experience, we require all processing to be handled before your session begins. At this time, we exclusively accept major credit card payments, which are stored within our secure, encrypted portal for your convenience and safety. We kindly ask that you arrive ten minutes early for your check-in so we can finalize administrative details and focus entirely on your relaxation. Because we believe true healing involves both the body and mind, After the Storm Wellness is proud to work alongside our sister company (After the Storm Counseling) specializing in mental health counseling. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a 24 hour notice otherwise you will be responsible for the full cost of the service.
Late Arrival Policy: Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will not be permitted. If you arrive late (less than 15 minutes) it will impact your service time and the cost of appointment will not be adjusted.
